summery of how i think my Estella and Miss Havasham continuity project went.

In this week continuity sessions, i recreated both Miss Havisham and Estella. One of the things i tried to do is use picture of my first Miss Havisham and Estella look. however i think it would have been better if i printed put the pictures instead of having them on my phone, because it slowed me down when i kept having to look at my phone. If i i had printed the picture and stack them on the mirror i cud be able to view them easily.

Having notts was a life saver for me, because i was able to recreate the look using the instruction the second time.
For the Estella look, i really enjoyed creating the look. Everything from the research to the creating of the final look was very interesting to me. however one thing i should have done more of was practice the make up look more in my spire time as well as in lesson. I did more research than i did the practice.

One thing i found a little tricky to do was to recreate the mistakes made on the first Miss Havisham look ( the parting of the hair in look one).  However the use of images taken from the first look was helpful with the placement of thing.

FIRST SHOOT
SECOND SHOOT

One of the things i did wrong in the continuity of Miss Havisham was not telling the model to keep the same clothing she were for the fist shoot and also not using the same props ( model holding flowers). This was because i misplaced/lost the prop so had to work without

When it came to hair i found it difficult to recreate the exact hair look,  because my model had extensions installed in her hair. by the time i did the second Miss Havisham continuity look.

In the future however i will make sure to print off the images and also ask my model to have the same clothing, when it comes to using props. I will make sure to keep it same and if anything went wrong with it to be able o have backup.

All in all i will say i learnt a lot in this project. I will say that there is a lot o improved to be made, but i would like and love to do this again in the future.
